FAQs

  • I value authenticity, collaboration, and results. For me, success is not only about reaching the goal, but also the journey it takes to get there. I lead by valuing both the skills people bring and who they are as individuals. I strive to build genuine relationships, foster trust, and create an environment where everyone’s ideas are heard and every strategy is considered. No matter the job title, all voices have a place at the table, and feedback is valued.

I focus on building environments where people feel ownership, because that is where real transformation and measurable results happen.

  • I’m motivated by passionate teams who love to create, learn and grow together. I am inspired by individuals who ask, “How can we make this better?” and strive to make an impact in people’s lives by helping to make their world easier. Whether it’s leading a new project, mentoring a teammate, or writing a story, I’m driven by the belief that connection and progress matters more than perfection, and that curiosity is the foundation for results and sustainable impact.

  • I drive results by blending creativity with disciplined execution while respecting what has worked historically while leaning into bold, risk taking approaches to drive innovation and efficiency forward. I’m not afraid to challenge the status quo, ask difficult questions, and back up my decisions with clear reasoning. This balance of creativity and courage has enabled me to save $23M, launch six global vehicles, and manage a $25M automation portfolio.

  • One of my proudest moments was during my time at BMW, where I discovered a process that was about to launch but wasn’t sustainable for the long-term life cycle of the car. Rather than presenting another deck of slides in a meeting room, I worked closely with the people on the shop floor to understand their perspective and fine-tune the story. Then I invited senior managers to the floor, asked them to perform the process themselves, and let them experience the challenge firsthand. That moment broke down barriers, my change request was approved, the process was redesigned, and it became the most stable on the vehicle. For me, it was proof that creative storytelling, collaboration, and challenging the status quo can drive lasting impact.

  • When faced with setbacks, I strive to stay present and avoid reacting impulsively. I take a step back to ensure that I understand the full picture before moving forward. I then communicate with the individual or team with empathy and clarity, building alignment before deciding on a course of action. With every setback, there is opportunity to learn, adapt, and grow stronger. For me, “failing up” isn’t a setback, it’s a strategy for progress.

  • IWhile I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far, I’ve reached a point where I’m ready for a role with greater scope and influence. I want to focus more of my energy on large-scale transformation, innovation, and leadership across global teams.

I’m drawn to environments where creativity, technology, and disciplined execution come together, and where leaders are trusted to shape strategy, not just deliver projects. I see my next step as an opportunity to build on my experience while creating broader, more meaningful impact.

  • I’m looking for a role where I can lead meaningful transformation, not just manage tasks. The right environment for me is one where creativity, authenticity, and innovation are valued as much as results.

I’m especially drawn to industries like technology, publishing, and digital platforms, where ideas and storytelling shape culture and customer experience. I want to work in a space where I can help organizations scale change, empower teams, and deliver solutions that people actually adopt and value.

Ultimately, I’m seeking a leadership role that challenges me to grow while allowing me to shape strategy, build strong teams, and create lasting impact.
