Hi, I’m Jena Miller
I’m a global transformation leader focused on designing change that people actually adopt.
My career began at BMW, where I learned that every detail tells a story. The sound of a door closing, the precision of a stitch, the balance between form and function. That world taught me to listen to the voice of the customer and to see innovation as an experience that moves people.
Overtime, my work evolved from product development into large-scale automation and efficiency programs. Across global teams and complex environments, I began to notice a pattern. Many initiatives were technically successful, yet the expected results never fully materialised. The systems worked, but the change never truly stuck.
That realisation shaped the philosophy I use today: transformation is not just a technical problem. It is a human one.
Today, I focus on scaling transformation through people, data, and technology. At Procter & Gamble, I lead global automation and asset-efficiency programs across international sites, managing multi-million dollar investments that improve reliability, accelerate delivery, and create measurable impact.
My work blends creativity with discipline and helps teams move from compliance to true adoption. I am best known for designing change that people understand, trust, and choose to use.
