My career began at BMW, where I learned that every detail tells a story. The sound of a door closing, the precision of a stitch, the balance between form and function. That world taught me to listen to the voice of the customer and to see innovation as an experience that moves people.
Today, my focus is on scaling innovation through people, data, and technology. At Procter & Gamble, I lead global automation and asset-efficiency programs across six international sites, managing multi-million dollar investments that improve reliability, accelerate delivery, and create measurable impact across international sites. My work blends creativity with discipline and ensures teams stay connected, curious, and proud of the results we create together.
