A glimpse into the moments that fill my life with laughter, curiosity, and heart. These are the quiet spaces where creativity breathes, joy returns, and growth finds its rhythm.
Failing Up & Loving It
A few words I try to live by, reminders to stay curious, find joy in small moments, and let creativity shape how I lead and live. Every story here reflects a piece of life that inspires the work.
Baking & Culinary Joy
“Made with Butter and Love”
Baking has always been a part of me. It’s where I go when I need to slow down, breathe, and feel grounded again. The kitchen is the one place where perfection doesn’t matter and joy often shows up in the middle of the mess.
I love experimenting with simple ingredients and watching them transform into something that smells like home. Some receipes turn out beautifully. Others collapse completely. But every single one teaches me something about patience, creativity and grace.
These photos capture a few of my favourite moments in the kitchen. Zucchini bread that became a comfort ritual. Cookies that disappeared before they even cooled. Warm soups that reminded me how good it feels to nourish the people I love.
Because in my kitchen, joy isn’t measured by how perfect the bake turns out. It’s found in showing up. It’s in the laughter when the flour spills and the quiet satisfaction when something finally rises. It’s about connection, comfort, and finding little pieces of home in every bite.
Books & Escapes
“Stories that remind me who I am, and who I am becoming ”
Books have always been my way of pausing the noise and finding myself again. I read to escape, but to also reconnect. Each story I fall into teaches me something about courage, love, loss, determination, and the beauty of beginning again.
Fantasy books are my favourite escape because it stretches my imagination and reminds me that strength doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it whispers. Sometimes it breaks. And sometimes it rebuilds. From Fourth Wing to A Spark of the Everflame and every world in between, I find pieces of myself in the magic, the flawed heroes, and the women who rise anyway.
This space is a small library is filled with stories that made me laugh, cry, and dream bigger. These are small reminders even fiction can help us rediscover truth. Because stories don’t just take us somewhere new. They bring us back to the parts of ourselves we forgot we left behind.
Movement & Mindfulness
“How I Come Back to Myself”
Meditation changed my life. I began in 2013, sitting quietly each day and learning what it meant to simply be with myself. Over time, it stopped being about silence and became about self-awareness. I started to notice my thoughts, my breath, and the stories I tell myself.
When I added Peloton into my life, it felt like the missing piece. It reminded me that mindfulness is not only stillness. It can also life in motion, rhythm, and challenge. Each ride is a conversation with my body, a balance between effort and ease, strength and softness.
Together, meditation and movement have taught me what self-care really means. It is showing up with honesty even when my motivation is low. It is moving because I can, resting because I need to, and meeting myself where I am.
These practices keep me grounded in my body and remind me that growth does not always have to be loud. Sometimes strength shows up quietly, through consistency, patience, and the simple act of beginning again.
Travel & Curiosity
“Where Curiosity Leads”
Travel has always been my reminder that life is bigger than my daily routine. It pulls me out of what is familiar and teaches me to see through new eyes. I am not drawn to the picture perfect version of travel. I love the small and ordinary moments, the quiet cafes tucked into side streets, the conversations that change my perspective, and the meals that taste like kindness.
Each place I visit leaves something with me. Rome taught me to slow down. Germany taught me to listen. China reminded me what it feels like to breathe deeply again. These places are not just locations on a map. They are chapters in my story and pieces of who I am becoming.
Curiosity is what keeps me exploring. It is the reason I wander without a plan and ask questions that do not have simple answers. It reminds me that learning does not stop when the trip ends. The lessons come home with me.
Travel is not about how far I go. It is about how open I am to being changed by what I find along the way.
Little Joys
“Things That Make Me Smile”
The things that make like sweet — warmth, laughter, travel, love, and one very spoiled cat.
This is where all of the pieces come together. The creativity, the curiosity, the movement, and the quiet. Life has never been about getting everything right. It has been about showing up, trying again, and finding joy in the process.
I am still learning, still growing, and still finding beauty in all the in between moments. That might be the best part of all.
